Her eyes are the bobble type that are supposed to close when you lay her down, and open back up when you stand her up--her eyes only do this sporadically--for the most part, they stay in the open state
My Grandmother bought this doll for me on one of her trips to the UK in the 70s/80s

Fair to good vintage condition. There is a small piece of plastic missing from the back of one of her shoes (see last photo), there are a few stray strings on the fabric pieces here and there, there is a bit of glue residue on the backs of her legs near the socks (see last photo), and one of the red beads is missing from the end of a drumstick.
