Beautiful set of five vintage Lenox dinner plates made exclusively for Ovington Bros., the prestigious Fifth Avenue luxury retailer. These early Lenox plates feature an extra-wide embossed 24k gold encrusted rim, hand-applied over the classic ivory porcelain body.
Each plate is marked with the green wreath Lenox backstamp and a hand-written decorator number, consistent with special-order Ovington commissions from the early–mid 20th century.
Each plate measures approximately 10.5 inches in diameter.
All plates are in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks
