Includes everything you see here. This item is in great condition and has been a collector's piece for many years without being played with or handled. However, the first and second floor of the building has been modified to feature different furniture and a slightly different layout than the original set had intended, in addition to some outside color pieces. It is not very noticeable from the outside otherwise so displaying it would not provide a different visual other than the yellow color. Please see pictures for more information on this. Otherwise, the majority of the pieces are accounted for and if not there, they are not crucial to the functional aspect of this set. At the very least, those pieces will make a great addition to your parts collection.
